Executive Summary
Description: We are developing an exclusive 5-star eco lodge on an Island called Ilha Quisiva in the Quirimbas Archipelago in Mozambique. We have based our project on a fractional ownership model, but are considering changing it to full title ownership.

Due to the weak economy, we decided to put our project on hold about a year and a half ago, and are now keen to pick up where we left off. 

We are looking for an investor who would be willing to purchase anything from 30% to 80% of the project.
