Title: Broker Operations - 2 Positions
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Open Ended
Location: Buffalo Grove and Chicago, IL

Description:
Opening Accounts/processing paperwork/new account enrollments/deposit of client funds/various account maintenance processing and updates
Clearly communicate requirements to open/fund/maintain brokerage and managed accounts
Ability to recognize that operational changes may have an impact on a managed portfolio and take appropriate steps to ensure clients’ portfolios are not negatively impacted

Experience:
2-3 years previous brokerage operations experience
Experience with managed, fee based accounts
Thorough understanding of fixed income/equity/mutual fund trading
Knowledge of managed account requirements and regulations is preferred
Word and excel experience
