What is RegDWholesalers.com?

Reg D Wholesalers is a place for wholesalers to congregate, trade best practices and bring transparency to the private placement market.

Why did you set up RegDWholesalers?

We felt that there was a dearth of information and transparency with private placements in the broker/dealer community.

Are you owned by a sponsor company or broker dealer firm?

No.  Reg D Wholesalers is owned and operated by a former broker and wholesaler who may or may not get back into the securities business.  I am a private citizen. If you know how to do DD I'm sure you can find out who I am.

What biases do you hold?

My bias is that as we add accountability and transparency to the capital rasing process stake holders will better be able to make accurate decisions and thus the positively affect the efficiency of capital flows, bringing higher returns to the investors; society will benefit.

Will you sell my information or let others have access to it?

Never.

Will you accept sponsorship dollars?

Maybe.

Can I post my private placement here and offer sale of securities?

If you want to get in trouble. I claim no warranty to any ones securities here.  The federal government has made sure that you have no first amendment right to offer securities publicly.  I wish you could, however discussion of PPMs are encouraged.
